Observe, Then Serve.

Observe then Serve.  

This is definitely not one of my better illustrations.  My two year old painted the living room with purple nail polish, and this illustration happened to be one of her many victims.  It has been photo-shopped a lot.  But hopefully is still useful for those of you who may want it.  As always, it is
