This is SO COOL!

This is SO COOL! Let me introduce you to Brecka Hawkins.  Her mom Kimberli contacted me to get permission to use my temple art to make a quilt.  Brecka was making a quilt for a personal progress project.  I was happy to give my consent and I asked them to send me a picture of the final product, and this is it.  Isn't it amazing?!!  They said they printed the artwork onto fabric then sewed all the pieces together.  A lot of the flowers and things are appliqués.  I think it turned out incredible and I'm so glad they shared this with me.  It is so fun for me to see my artwork used in so many creative and different ways. Thanks Brecka and Kimberli!

Wow! I want to make a quilt like that! How cool! And in 100 years somebody will tell their child about great-great grandma Brecka who made this quilt as a teenager. =)
