2015 mutual theme

I had a little fun with my illustration for next year's mutual theme.  I hearkened back to my days as a scrapbook paper designer and played with a few filters in photoshop.  I like the way it turned out.  The 'letter' in her hand is supposed to be a mission call of sorts.  Perhaps a mission call she received in the pre-existance or any call to serve.  I imagine her suitcase to be full of all the tools she will need for her mission - the young women values, scriptures, etc.

Hi, Susan! I loved it! Would you mind making a Portuguese version? I could give you the words. Hugs from Brazil! Danielle - dani-bv@hotmail.com

I love this. I used it for our New Beginnings as the theme and some other things. It was a huge hit. Thank you for sharing your talent. We were going with an UP theme but I found this on Pinterest and went with this instead. Thank you.

Is there a possible problem using this since the artwork belongs to Mary Englebreit and not you? I don't want to use this if the artist has not offered it for free to us. Can you say she has?

Dear chz2bhpy, I can assure you that I have personally created each image on this site myself. They do not belong to anybody else in any way. I offer them here freely as a service. There is no problem in using them. I am the artist, and I have given my permission for the public to download and use these images royalty free. While I am flattered that you would compare me to Mary Engelbreit, I don't believe that she is a member of the LDS church. Nor does she do illustrations from LDS scripture. Thank you for the compliment.

This is simply beautiful!!! I'm wondering if you do custom orders like this?? I am doing girls camp this year and wondering if you could do this same image only have the young woman in a super hero outfit with a cape blowing in the wind?? Maybe a briefcase like Superman's with the Temple on the front?? Same scripture and envelope in hand. What do you think?

Robyn, thank you so much for you encouragement. I love to hear that people like what I do, and I'm thrilled that you like it enough to want to use it for girls camp. I have been so blessed to have so many people enjoy my art through my little blog here. The problem is that there have been enough blessings that I can't keep up with them all. I do not do custom work any more, but I keep a running list of ideas that people send in so that I have a lot to work from. Thank you so much. I'm so sorry I can't help you more.
