My calling for the past several years has been in the young women. I've sat through more planning meetings than I can count. Meetings aren't anybody's favorite thing, but something bright and cute to look at always helps me.
I just added this new set to my Etsy Shop. It is a set of planning calendars. The calendars come blank so you can put them together and use them for whatever month you want, and you can use them for years to come.
I always love all the cute little stickers that you can get for planners these days, but I haven't seen any with LDS stuff on them, like going to the temple, or a fireside or something. I want my church life to be cute too! So, I had a lot of fun making my own stickers for all things LDS. I guess I shouldn't say all things because there are a lot more that I could have drawn. But I had to stop somewhere to keep the size of the set manageable for Etsy. Take a look at the Etsy listing and let me know which ones I've missed that you think I definitely need to add.
You can either build these digitally in the computer, then print them out, or print first and print the pictures onto sticker paper and cut them out before putting them on. I think the Young Women would have fun decorating their own calendars with stickers, but cutting them out would be a lot of work.
Anyway, I'll be doing a drawing to give away 3 sets of these awesome planning calendars. I will do the drawing on Saturday January 14. That's a little over a week away. A website would be awesome! I plan to read more. Not some crazy goal but feasible. I want to re read the Harry Potter series and then try my hand at The Lord of The Rings.

My plans for the next year...I'm working on somewhat following the minimalist way of life to declutter extra "stuff" from my home and life so I have more time and space for things that are most important. Before putting away all the Christmas stuff, I'm going through it all and giving away all the extra stuff we never use, or that I don't really like. It feels good to empty out the space of random junk and just have things I love. I hope to keep doing that through the year with each season. Wish me luck!
